At Ductorn Marketing LLC, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services tailored to the needs of each client. Due to the nature of our work and the time allocated by our team in advance, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no consulting sessions have been delivered.

  • If work has already commenced (strategy calls, audits, deliverables, etc.), a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work not yet delivered, at our sole discretion.

  • Once the engagement is fully delivered or concluded, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your consulting engagement up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the service and receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start time are non-refundable, but you may be eligible to reschedule the session, subject to availability.

  • No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as cancellations with no refund.

3. Rescheduling

  • We allow one rescheduling per engagement, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Exceptions

  • If you experience a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We evaluate these cases individually and may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion.
